Hi I'm Kevin Hagen and I'm a sustainable business advocate.
For over 20 years I've helped business be more successful by making the shift to more sustainable thinking. As a leader inside multibillion dollar global companies or as an external advisor, I've helped design and implement successful sustainability and community engagement strategies. Currently I serve as VP ESG Strategy at Iron Mountain. As the leading data and records management company we serve over 95% of the Fortune 500. With a scale of $5B in Sales and 1400 facilities in 60 countries taking on the sustainable business challenge has a lot of moving parts. Previously I lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and implementation at REI, a leading outdoor retailer and the U.S.'s largest consumer co-op. We delivered great results, received a lot of recognition and showed that a mission-based company with $2B in sales can reduce it's environmental footprint while growing profitably.
